It's Been A While!

Hey there again! I realized that it has been a month since I have posted anything new about Breslin and I don't want anyone to get worried! Basically, things have been crazy for the adults in the Sharp household lately. I started my masters program at the end of April and Colby has been finishing up his first year and interviewing for a position next year.
Breslin has been SO much fun lately. He is the happiest, most laid back boy and I consider myself extremely blessed. I took the day off with him today because we didn't have a sitter and we had a great time. Breslin is smiling and laughing almost every minute of the day he isn't sleeping or hungry. We are flirting with the idea of starting the Bresmeister on solid foods this weekend when we have a little extra time, but we'll see.

Breslin is getting the hang of sitting up on his own and hardly needs any help. He is also teething...drooling all over everything in site and trying to put anything he can get his hands on into him mouth. He is proving himself to be quite good with his hands. He reaches for and grabs onto his favorite toys and then promptly puts them in his mouth. We think that he might be a lefty, Colby has his eyes set on training him to be a big-league pitcher already.

We have been doing a lot of walking lately. Bres now sits up well enough to face forward in his stroller without his car seat and he just loves looking around at all the cool stuff there is to see outside. We have been house shopping and checking out the neighboorhoods around the ones we like to make sure they are good for our walks. It has become a very nice, relaxing part of our daily routine.

This weekend we are planning on going to Clare to see Bres's great-grandparents for Memorial Day. Nana is coming too! We're all very excited about the extra time we get to spend together as a family!

Love ya,
