Day 211 -- Air Mattress with Air!

After buying a new air mattress to replace the one with a giant hole in it (not a good quality in an air mattress), Colby and I realized we had made a huge mistake: the air mattress we purchased required electricity to inflate.  Our favorite place to camp in the world is Lake Michigan Campground, boasting primitive tent camping sites.  Read: if there are no toilets to flush anywhere in the campground, then you can bet your sweet bippie that there won't be electrical hook-ups at the sites.

Dang!

We are there today, but don't worry, we are looking at a fully-inflated air mattress.

How, you ask?

Bob was gracious enough to loan us one of those power transfer cords that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter.  It's enough to pump up an air mattress and power a lap-top computer.

Sadly, it's not enough to run a coffee-maker, though.

So, tonight I am grateful to be here at this beautiful place knowing I won't have to sleep on the cold, hard ground.

Thanks, Bob, for providing us with the cable!  We are so appreciative.

And, thank God for an air mattress with air!

Lord, thank you for Bob and for his willingness to share his cable with us.  Thank you for providing this beautiful place for us to camp and enjoy your creation.  Please bless our time here.  In your name I pray, Amen.
